Welcome! I am so happy you are interested in a portrait session with me! Below I’ve outlined the process in working with me from start to finish and provided the full investment information you need. Portrait Experience

1. Booking

After I receive your initial inquiry (what you just submitted!) I’ll send you answers to any questions you’ve already sent in, along with this guide! You'll be send sent a Session Agreement to sign electronically and an invoice. Once I’ve got those back, it’s time to start planning the session of your dreams!

2. Planning

Once you are booked, I will send you my Client Resources page which is loaded with information for you, to rest your mind before your session! Here you will find a link to subscribe to my private email list, where you will have exclusive offers & first looks at mini sessions. You will also have access to my What to Wear guide, which will help with all those little details of planning out outfits for your session. There is also a Session Prep Guide for each session type, which will help explain in detail how to plan for your session so you're not left wondering, "what's next?". Every session has it’s own in depth questionnaire that I will ask you to fill out during the planning stage so that I can get to know you and your loved ones. This is your time to give me all your ideas and input! I am very detailed oriented and love to plan out your session exactly to your desires.

3. Session Day

With our session planning prior to your session day, you don't have to do much but just relax while I take care of everything for you! Session day can be a scary day for families, especially for moms who want this time to be absolutely perfect (I understand this as a mom myself). My promise to you is that your day will be relaxed. If this is a family session you're booking, I’ve come up with a method of ‘posing’ that combines direction and prompts to bring out authentic emotions and make sessions much more enjoyable! Just know that once you arrive, I will take charge of the littles and you can spend that hour just soaking in your family and allowing me to create magic !

4. Proofing & Image Delivery

Approximately one week after your session you will come back to the studio for an ordering appointment. Your soft proof images will be displayed on our tv in a slideshow format. Proofing galleries include your sessions best images. These will be lightly retouched to give you an idea of the final product. You will be able to select which images you would like to be fully retouched. After you have selected your favorite images from your gallery &/or any print products you'd love to display in your home, I will finalize and retouch your images, to give your images that extra dose of amazing, and send them back to you all ready to print, share and love forever! If you've selected any images to be printed or turned into artwork, I'll have them ready for you to pick up within 3-4 weeks after your appointment.

Investment

There are two payments you will make for your session experience with me.

A Booking Fee and a Collection Fee.

1. Your Booking Fee

This fee is your session retainer and secures your session date, this is due at the time of booking. It includes:

Time and talent of your photographer.
Access to client closet for Maternity, Baby, and Newborn sessions.
All props, accessories, hats, bonnets, wraps, etc. provided
Online proofing gallery to select your images from
A fully stocked studio with everything you could need for your session.
Session detail planning & consultation.

2. Your Collection Fee

This fee is due only after you have seen & chosen your favorite images. It includes:

Retouching & Editing of all images chosen.
Image delivery via personal online gallery.
Printing Rights & Release to all images included in package.

Booking Fee

Newborn : $250

Maternity : $200

Family : $200

Milestone /Children Portraits: $200

Cake Smash : $275

Collection packages are not included with your booking fee.

Collection Ordering

When ordering through Gold + Grace Photography, you will choose a Collection from below with the amount of images &/or products you want. You also have the option to add any print products from our Al A Carte (all print products below have samples that can be viewed in the studio). Your Collection is chosen and purchased only AFTER you've viewed your soft proofing gallery (about 1 week after your session).

Payment Plans

I do offer in- house payment plans, as well as Afterpay. I'll work with you to come up with the best plan for your budget so you can have the best images possible of your sweet little love!
