Christmas Minis are almost here, and I cannot wait to welcome you into the studio for this year’s adorable holiday setup. To help your session run smoothly (and so you feel fully prepared), here’s a simple guide covering outfits, what to expect, and everything that’s included!

What to Wear

Choosing outfits is such a big part of creating beautiful, timeless photos. Here are the colors and styles that photograph best with this year’s Christmas Kitchen set.

what to expect:

Each Christmas Mini is 15 minutes long and packed with holiday fun. I’ll guide your little ones throughout the session so you can relax and enjoy the moment.


Your session includes:

• 5 digital images of your choice

• Option to purchase additional images

• Fully styled holiday kitchen setup

• Real chocolate chip cookies + gingerbread cookies

• A cute cup/jar of milk (real or fake options available)

• Flour for dotting noses and playing with


Here is how the session flows. I always begin with a few traditional photos so you have those clean, classic shots before the cookies come out. We will get individual portraits, sibling photos, and family images if your session includes them. Once we have those, we will move into the fun part with cookies, milk, and flour. This is where the kids can relax, taste test, and enjoy the cozy holiday setup while I guide them through everything.


Based off your answers to the questionnaire, everything is prepared ahead of time so your kiddos can jump right in.

When to Arrive:


Please arrive 5 minutes before your session time. These minis run back-to-back, and arriving early helps us get the most out of your session.
