Your Signature Collection includes 20 digital images of your choice.
Now comes the hard part... choosing your favorites. ♡
STEP 01
Browse Your Gallery
Take your time looking through your images and making note of the moments you love most.
(Remember this is a soft proofing gallery - your final touches have not been made to your gallery. This includes final color correction, skin editing, backdrop enhancement/correction, removal of objects)
STEP 02
Choose Your Collection
Keep the 20 digital images included with your session, or upgrade to a larger collection if you find yourself loving more.
Your gallery will remain open for 48 hours. You’ll find the link to view your gallery at the bottom of this guide. Please let me know if you have any trouble accessing or using the site. I’m happy to help!
STEP 03
Choose your Products
Now it’s time to decide how you’d like to enjoy and preserve your photographs. Browse the available heirloom albums, folio boxes, brag books, and framed wall art below. Each product includes its available options and ordering instructions.
Choose as many products as you’d like, make your selections, and place your order below. All products are custom-made using images purchased from your gallery.
STEP 04
ORDERING + Delivering photos
Once you’ve made your selections, please complete the form at the bottom of this guide. You’ll be able to upgrade your digital image collection and order any albums, prints, wall art, or other products you would like.
Final edited images will be delivered within five business days after your selections are received.
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for product design, production, and delivery.

How ordering works:
Select your album options using the order form below.
Choose the purchased images you would like included.
I’ll create your custom album design.
You’ll receive a digital proof showing the complete layout.
Once you approve the design, your album will be sent to the professional lab.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery after final design approval.
Please note: Digital images are purchased separately. Your album may only include images that have already been purchased from your gallery.
2. The Heirloom Folio Box
The Heirloom Folio Box is a beautiful way to preserve and display your favorite images while still having the flexibility to frame them, share them, or keep them safely stored together.
Your box is finished in the fabric color of your choice and features a custom acrylic cover displaying one photograph from your session.

10 professionally printed photographs
Each photograph individually presented in a fine-art mat
Coordinating USB containing your purchased digital images
Your choice of images for the cover and matted prints

Additional Matted Prints
Your Folio Box includes 10 matted prints. Additional matted prints may be added for $10 each.
How ordering works:
Select your preferred fabric color using the swatches below.
Choose the image you would like displayed on the acrylic cover.
Select the 10 purchased images you would like printed and matted.
Add any additional matted prints to your order.
Review your selections carefully before submitting the order form.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery after final approval.
Please note: Digital images are purchased separately. The coordinating USB will contain only the digital images included in your purchased collection. The Folio Box does not include additional digital images.
3. BRAG BOOKS
These tiny albums are perfect for keeping your favorite photographs close or gifting to grandparents and other family members.
Your set includes:
Three identical mini photo books
12 photographs in each book
Your choice of images
Protective clear cases
Approximately 3 × 3 inches each
Professionally designed by Gold + Grace Photography
All three books will feature the same 12 images and the same layout. Individual books cannot contain different image selections.
How ordering works:
Choose the 12 purchased images you would like included.
Leave a comment saying “brag book” directly on each selected image in your gallery.
All three books will include the same 12 images and identical layouts.
3. WALL ART
Turn your favorite image into a professionally framed piece of artwork designed to be displayed and enjoyed every day.
The Lexington Frame features a timeless 2-inch profile with a 1⅛-inch depth, creating a substantial, finished look without distracting from your photograph. Each image is professionally printed, matted, framed, and ready to hang.

The mat and frame will increase the finished outside dimensions of your artwork. Because these sizes have different proportions, your image may require slight cropping. You’ll receive a digital preview for approval before your artwork is ordered.

Please note: Digital images are purchased separately. Your framed artwork may only feature an image that has been purchased from your gallery. Once your digital preview has been approved and the order has been submitted to the lab, changes and cancellations cannot be made.

Take a look through your sweet baby’s newborn gallery and select your favorite images. I always recommend favoriting your “maybe” images too—you can easily go back and narrow down your selections or add more later.
How to favorite an image:
Open the image you love and select the heart. That’s it!

Once you’ve finished selecting your favorite images, please complete the form below. This is where you’ll confirm your final image selections, choose whether you’d like to upgrade your digital collection, and place any product orders.
Please review everything carefully before submitting. Once I receive your order, I’ll send over an invoice for any outstanding balance & begin editing your selected images and/or preparing any ordered products.
